Sales Clerk

About the role

We're seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Clerk to join our team. This is a four-day-a-week position with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with additional hours around holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas). Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Process sales using our point-of-sale system
• Prepare and process flowers
• Create beautiful planters, wrapped bouquets, and gift baskets
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems
• Passion for flowers, plants, and gardening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule
