One Energy is a family-owned and operated company deeply rooted in the community. Founded in 1977, we operate over 20 retail locations and have a Wholesale Distribution division established in 2004. We are committed to providing quality services and fresh, healthy food options.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Provide the best customer experience by assisting customers in locating products and making recommendations.
• Suggest possible purchases and promote specials.
• Execute One Energy’s customer service program at the site level.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure proper monitoring and accounting for all cash on hand.
• Maintain product knowledge and suggest complementary products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Keep records of special orders and monitor merchandise levels.
• Maintain a neat and clean store appearance, including cleaning windows, counters, shelves, pumps, and bathrooms.
• Ensure safety and security of the store, adhering to environmental and hazardous material regulations.
• Document and report any accidents or incidents that occur.
• Aid in floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Restock products, monitor merchandise levels, and track inventory accurately.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and write the English language.
• Validating identification for tobacco and alcohol sales as required.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to remain calm and follow procedures in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds and access all areas of the store.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and working on a computer.
• Ensure physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of store facilities.
