Responsibilities

  • Map your route, conduct ~15 on-site visits per week, and book work.
  • Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
  • Light administrative tasks from your home office.
  • Participate in weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
  • Show coachability, curiosity, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility for results.
  • Ability to manage your schedule autonomously.
  • Interest in serving customers through understanding them first.
  • Detail-oriented execution of daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a field-based role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

Schedule and Location

  • Majority time spent in-field sales with minimal remote admin work.
  • Full-time during business hours with no nights or weekends.
  • Manage your own schedule with scheduling autonomy.

Pay

Compensation: Base salary + commission (average annual earnings range at listed amount).
