About the role
This is a relationship-driven sales role where relationships matter, income can grow, and work-life balance actually exists.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and designers
- Be the go-to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials
- Proactively reach out to new trade pros and bring them into ProSource
- Help clients quote, plan, and win projects
- Partner with the showroom team to close deals and deliver great experiences
- Keep your pipeline organized and moving (CRM)
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of flooring or K&B experience
- A schedule that allows for a strong work-life balance
Qualifications
- Comfortable talking to contractors and business owners
- Understanding (or ability to quickly learn) flooring, cabinets, or remodeling products
- Motivated by income and growing relationships
- Not waiting for business—going out to get it
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Skills
- Relevant experience in wholesale sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath
- Experience working with trade professionals
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Pay
Base: $25/hr + Commission & Bonuses; 1st year expect $60k+ NO CAP
Schedule
No nights or weekends - Store Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
