About the role

Total Package Express, Inc. is an asset-based company providing transportation and logistics services across North America. As a Freight Broker / Carrier Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting trucking companies to negotiate rates and manage freight for clients.

Responsibilities

• Contact trucking companies to negotiate rates and manage freight
• Multi-task and solve problems while communicating with drivers and associates
• Enjoy uncapped monthly commissions on top of a competitive base salary

• Past brokerage or transportation experience
• Self-starter and motivated to achieve goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with computers and using multiple applications
