Responsibilities
- Execute the company services sales strategy mainly related to Specialty Rigging and Crane Services.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities.
- Maintain effective relationships with established customers.
- Conduct meetings with customers and prospects and provide effective presentations and written proposals to prospective customers.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of manufacturer product lines as well as industry trends.
- Establish a client base that will support a $2+MM / year revenue stream.
- Manage the transition from sales to execution on all closed opportunities and ensure branch team and customer are aligned on the expectations of services sold.
- Undertake any other duties as designated
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
- Three to five years of sales experience
- Five years of experience as crane operator preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office

Pay
Salary Range: $75,000 to $110,000 annually DOE to include additional sales bonuses.
