Located in the heart of Eagan, Minnesota, we're a dedicated team committed to serving our community with integrity and care. We're looking for someone with a warm personality and a knack for communication to join us as a Sales and Customer Service professional.

Responsibilities

- Engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs. - Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information about insurance products and services. - Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims processing. - Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through attentive service. - Process new business applications and policy renewals with meticulous care. - Contribute to a supportive and positive team environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - A genuine passion for helping people and building relationships. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Proficiency with common office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. - Prior Sales Experience. - Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations. - A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. - Successful sales background. - Be capable of handling customer rejection. - Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred. - Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing. - Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
