Responsibilities

• Help customers through the full sales process by offering top-notch customer service.
• Communicate clearly to assist our diverse customer base.
• Build strong relationships with returning and referral customers.
• Stay knowledgeable about our used car inventory, features, and programs.
• Work closely with your teammates to create a smooth, supportive, and energetic sales environment.
• Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline, and maximize every opportunity.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish & English is a bonus!
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Motivated by financial success — loves the idea of unlimited commission.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with customers.
• Works well as part of a team and contributes to a great dealership culture.
• Prior sales experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
