About the role
The Sales Associate at Spencer's (Spirit Halloween) is responsible for maintaining Guest Services per company standards, supporting the Store Management Team by generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum age: 17 years
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
