Responsibilities

• Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience.
• Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and understand customer needs.
• Provide assistance with vehicle demonstration, delivery and follow-up after the purchase.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics.
• Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve.
• Drive business through solicitation while training to advance in automotive sales.
• Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.

Qualifications

• Must possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Prior work experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.
• Strong desire to set and achieve goals.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Average to advanced computer skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
