Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting current offers to drive revenue.
• Become a piercing expert through comprehensive training: conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with visually appealing displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive, high-energy environment that motivates coworkers and delights customers.
• Represent Claire’s by staying updated on the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and boost sales.
• Support store operations, including processing deliveries, executing visual merchandising, and assisting with promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating shareable moments.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Capability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift/maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while assisting customers and merchandising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a solid grasp of mathematics and reading comprehension.
• Passion for fashion and an interest in the latest trends.
• Ability to create curated fashion looks with products during your shift.

Pay

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
