Sales Associate - Harlem Retail Store
About the role
Fannie May, part of the Ferrero family of brands, seeks a friendly, outgoing Retail Team Member to join our Harlem Retail Store. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, reaching out to the community, and having a love for chocolate.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and perform various operational tasks as assigned by the store manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Team player with a passion for chocolate
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of cash register operations

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
