Responsibilities

• Provide personalized advisory services to help customers find the perfect jewelry piece, creating meaningful connections.
• Work toward individual and team KPIs, contributing to our shared success with measurable goals.
• Maintain the store’s impeccable condition through opening/closing duties, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
• Care for and present jewelry products, ensuring they are showcased at their best, and assist with stock control and inventory processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, with a focus on personalized customer service and sales objectives.
• Advanced level of English (essential).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer orientation, goal-driven mindset, and motivation to grow professionally.
