Sales Associate / Front Desk

Duties

• Aid in the sales process by generating leads, following up, and closing deals.
• Book and confirm stretch sessions for both current and prospective clients.
• Greet and check-in clients, answering phone inquiries.
• Occasionally participate in special events such as health fairs and community events.
• Create social media content and assist in selling merchandise.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the studio.

Qualifications

• Lovely disposition towards interacting with people.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Talent for customer service.
• Desire to exceed expectations.
• Proficiency in computer and software skills.
• Prior experience in a fitness/health environment is helpful but not required.
• Reliability and dependability are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

• An hourly base rate of $12 per hour.
