Sales Associate - Front Desk

Part-time role with flexible hours; not intended as primary income.

About the role

StretchLab Spartanburg is looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Associate to cover front desk and sales responsibilities. The studio specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching for clients of all ages, and the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and focused on helping people feel better.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in clients as the first face of the studio
• Guide prospective members through the sales process (lead follow-up, consultations, closing)
• Handle phone calls, texts, and outreach with professionalism and warmth
• Book and confirm stretch sessions for current and new clients
• Help create social media content and present/sell merchandise
• Represent the studio at occasional community events and health fairs
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment

Requirements

• Engaging personality and natural rapport with people
• Life experience that fosters genuine connections with a wide range of clients
• Reliability and consistent availability
• Strong communication skills (in person, on the phone, and in writing)
• Comfort with basic computer and software tools
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time
• Personal value for health, wellness, and an active lifestyle

Prior fitness or health industry experience is a bonus but not required.
