About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our ThirdLove team at our Corte Madera location. As the face of our brand, you will create exceptional shopping experiences, build meaningful customer connections, and contribute directly to the store's success. This role is perfect for individuals eager to make an impact in a dynamic and rewarding retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create positive and memorable experiences for customers that build brand loyalty.
• Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while servicing customers.
• Participate in general store maintenance, including cleanliness and upkeep.
• Support leadership initiatives to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in achieving store performance goals through effective selling techniques.
• Contribute to store operations, including opening and closing duties, and using technology like Shopify and Endear.
• Support visual display initiatives to ensure the store reflects brand standards.
• Work closely with team members, providing support during new store openings, events, and coverage needs within the Leap cluster.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and maintaining an active presence on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in a similar category preferred.
• Comfortable working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
