Responsibilities

• Retail Sales & Customer Engagement: Help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.
• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers.
• Build value around products and service packages.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Execute proven sales closing techniques.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
• Customer Service Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships with customers, resolve customer concerns professionally, achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and create a welcoming and engaging retail environment.
• Team & Store Responsibilities: Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals, maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, participate in ongoing training and development, and support company initiatives and promotions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Preferred: Retail Sales Experience, Wireless Sales Experience, Telecommunications Sales Experience, Cable Sales Experience, Customer Service Experience, Technology Sales Experience, Commission-Based Sales Experience
