What You'll Do
- Retail Sales & Customer Engagement: Help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service. Promote: High-Speed Internet, Xfinity Mobile, Home Security Solutions, Cable Television Services, Voice Services, Smart Home Products.
- Sales Responsibilities: Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers, build value around products and service packages, identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions, upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance, consistently meet and exceed sales goals, execute proven sales closing techniques.
- Customer Service Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships with customers, resolve customer concerns professionally, achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), create a welcoming and engaging retail environment.
- Team & Store Responsibilities: Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals, maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, participate in ongoing training and development, support company initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications
