About the role
This position is a part-time seasonal (10-15 hours/week) Sales Associate at Title Nine. The position requires weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to ensure proper fit and style
- Sell products and merchandise within the store, or online
- Process customer payment
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide enthusiastic customer service
- Be a brand ambassador
Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience; retail store experience a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
