About the role
Part-time position (10-15 hours per week) with a requirement to work weekend days on a regular basis. Join a fun environment and engage with quality women’s workout wear.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to ensure proper fit and style; recommend other items.
- Sell products and merchandise within the store or online.
- Process customer payments.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide enthusiastic customer service.
- Act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience; retail store experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
