Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects our culture of hospitality
• Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
• Create a seamless omnichannel experience by utilizing available tools
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs
• Contribute to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals
• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; for all other states, must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds

Location: Store 5255-Summit Mall-Soma-Akron, OH 44333. Position Type: Regular/Part time. Pay Range: $11.00 - $13.75 Hourly USD.
