Responsibilities

• Get to know home buyers on a personal level, helping them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
• Plan community events and assist in planning all aspects of the home.
• Create a positive customer experience and build relationships with realtors and homeowners in the community.
• Run the model home as a business, generating traffic and managing daily operations.
• Work from a well-appointed office within one of our model homes.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Legal U.S. work authorization.
• Active Idaho Real Estate License (preferred).
