• Listen intently to customer preferences, crafting customized recommendations
• Knock objections out of the park with your homerun charm and problem-solving prowess
• Unleash your sales savvy to upsell and cross-sell like a pro
• Keep the sales area in prime condition

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in the retail or automotive realm
• Great communication skills and ability to build connections
• Boundless enthusiasm and self-motivation to tackle challenges
• Excitement for the great outdoors and indoors
• Ease with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
