You will work closely with clients pursuing purchases, sales, and investment opportunities, providing knowledgeable guidance and dependable support throughout the transaction process. Strong communication skills, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to client success will be key to ensuring each transaction is handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation strengths
- Natural ability to overcome objections
- Strong communicator and committed to service
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
