About the Role

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Requirements

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance
• Evening and weekend availability

Qualifications

No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training, including hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy. Gain marketable skills with our 30 years of combined sales experience and mentorship opportunities.

Schedule

Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the following options:

• Monday through Friday: 4:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm

Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission
