Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving their sleep through personalized sleep solutions.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Reset the showroom floor to maintain an organized and inviting retail environment.
• Leverage tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and the bedMATCH system to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for retail and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to work 40–55 hours per week in a typical 4–5 day schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
