About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating commercial sales and supporting residential sales efforts in their designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Estimate commercial sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Support residential sales efforts as needed
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales estimation and residential sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
