About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating commercial sales and supporting residential sales efforts in their designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Estimate commercial sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Support residential sales efforts as needed
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales estimation and residential sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
