Sales Associate

Overview

We're looking for Sales Associates to join our team in Boston! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about spreading Little Words Project's message of kindness and self-love.

What You'll Do

• Share our mission
• Help guests find the perfect pieces
• Create personalized recommendations based on their needs
• Facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events
• Assist with transactions at the POS system
• Answer guest questions and provide top-notch service
• Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our guests
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders
• Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs

What You Bring to the Team

• Retail Experience Preferred - But if you're a fast learner with a great attitude, we'd love to meet you!
• Strong communication skills—you love chatting with guests and working with a team
• Passion for beading, styling, and even capturing fun content in-store
• Able to work weekends and holidays
