Overview
We're looking for Sales Associates to join our team in Boston! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about spreading Little Words Project's message of kindness and self-love.
What You'll Do
- Share our mission
- Help guests find the perfect pieces
- Create personalized recommendations based on their needs
- Facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events
- Assist with transactions at the POS system
- Answer guest questions and provide top-notch service
- Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our guests
- Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders
- Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs
What You Bring to the Team
- Retail Experience Preferred - But if you're a fast learner with a great attitude, we'd love to meet you!
- Strong communication skills—you love chatting with guests and working with a team
- Passion for beading, styling, and even capturing fun content in-store
- Able to work weekends and holidays
