As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. You’ll oversee setting up a great store experience, providing quality service, and ensuring the store meets visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service following the IT’SUGARTAINMENT model: set the stage, welcome, engage, entertain, and thank customers.
• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Operate the POS/register to cash out customers.
• Merchandise displays according to visual guidelines.
• Assist in setting up special events and promotions.
• Understand and communicate Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures.
• Maintain sales floor, backroom, restrooms, and other operational areas (cleaning, mopping, etc.).
• Represent core values: positivity, playfulness, presence, and being a difference-maker.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with enthusiasm and cheerfulness.
• Achieve sales goals by following through on customer requests and suggesting additional products.
• Use selling skills to explain product benefits, features, prices, quality, and value.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No retail experience required.
• Optimistic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability and willingness to use a POS/register and operate office equipment.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Able to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
