About the role

The Sales Associate will represent Goyard's values of exclusivity, respect, discretion, and excellence while providing personalized service and supporting daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while supporting boutique objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience.
• Develop strong knowledge of Goyard products, heritage, and craftsmanship.
• Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain the highest standards of visual presentation and client service.
• Assist with stockroom organization, shipments, and inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client books.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional presentation and grooming.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of luxury goods and brands.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$21.00 per hour plus commission structure.
