About the role

ECCO, one of the world’s premier Footwear companies, is seeking a Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate to join its Retail Team. The ideal candidate will drive and exceed store financial goals by providing a World Class shopping experience for guests, educating them with product knowledge, and managing daily housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive store financial goals through exceptional guest service and product knowledge
• Share product features, advantages, and benefits to help guests make informed purchasing decisions
• Operate the cash register accurately, manage drawer variances, and maintain loss prevention awareness
• Maintain general housekeeping duties and assist with non-selling tasks such as shipment processing, stock counts, and product display maintenance
• Adhere to ECCO’s policies and procedures, including scheduling, dress code guidelines, and employee handbook
• Prioritize work, organize tasks, and resolve customer service issues with a positive attitude
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for ECCO by demonstrating effective selling skills and techniques

Requirements

The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, superior organizational and follow-up skills, and a positive attitude. They must be willing to contribute positively to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
