About the role
Support the sales team in maintaining store operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in managing inventory, handling returns, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies
- Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure store cleanliness and appearance
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
- Experience with point-of-sale systems beneficial
