Essential Functions Develop new business opportunities through phone-based sales efforts with outside territory sales managementUtilize sales automation tools to manage leads and track progressMaintain professional and positive communication with prospects and customersMeet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metricsParticipate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledgeCollaborate with team members and management to support company objectivesObtain at least 5 qualified building surveys monthly Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS Minimal prior sales experience requiredPleasant and professional phone demeanorProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelReliable transportation requiredStrong motivation and "can-do" attitude PHYSICAL DEMANDS Primarily outside territory sales management with office-based element ENVIRONMENT Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, weekends as neededOffice environment with typical noise levelsTravel within territory on a weekly basis.
