Sales Associate
About the role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team for pre-need sales, as well as at-need cemetery sales. You will be the primary contact for families during their time of grief and assist them in their choices for their family member's final arrangements. This role offers the opportunity to use your sales skills in a meaningful way, fostering your spiritual life while excelling at your work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Focus on consultative sales to meet the funeral needs of families
- Control the success of your sales, with a supportive team behind you

Qualifications
- Prospecting experience (required)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- 2-4 years of performance-based sales experience
- Interest in working in a Catholic environment (all backgrounds welcome)
- Passion for people and supreme organizational skills
- Willingness to put in the work
