Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience: Welcome guests, build relationships, and create a positive, high-energy studio environment.
• Drive membership sales: Own the first-time guest experience, understand their fitness goals, recommend the right membership, and confidently close sales.
• Grow retail revenue: Recommend apparel, grip socks, and accessories while achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Support studio operations: Manage check-ins, bookings, account updates, and accurate sales records.
• Keep our studio looking its best: Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and beautifully merchandised retail boutique.
• Build our community: Support studio events, promotions, referrals, and member engagement.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Confidence in selling, overcoming objections, and closing sales
• An outgoing, positive personality with excellent communication skills
• A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• A goal-oriented mindset with strong initiative and accountability
• Professional maturity, reliability, and the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college education strongly preferred
