Who We're Looking For We're looking for an outgoing, sales-driven Sales Associate who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn a great experience into a lasting relationship. This isn't just a front desk position. You'll play a key role in growing our studio by welcoming first-time guests, converting them into members, driving retail sales, and creating an experience that keeps our community coming back. What You'll Be Doing Deliver an exceptional member experience: Welcome guests, build relationships, and create a positive, high-energy studio environment.Drive membership sales: Own the first-time guest experience, understand their fitness goals, recommend the right membership, and confidently close sales.Grow retail revenue: Recommend apparel, grip socks, and accessories while achieving individual and team sales goals.Support studio operations: Manage check-ins, bookings, account updates, and accurate sales records.Keep our studio looking its best: Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and beautifully merchandised retail boutique.Build our community: Support studio events, promotions, referrals, and member engagement. What You'll Need To Succeed Previous professional experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service Confidence in selling, overcoming objections, and closing salesAn outgoing, positive personality with excellent communication skillsA passion for fitness, wellness, and helping othersA goal-oriented mindset with strong initiative and accountabilityProfessional maturity, reliability, and the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational skills and comfort with technologyAvailability to work some evenings and weekendsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; college education strongly preferred Ready to Raise the BAR?
