We are looking for bilingual and entry-level candidates with previous sales or customer service experience to join our growing team at Bob Bell Nissan and KIA. This is a career opportunity within a fast-growing, family-owned dealership.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting a vehicle through asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert by knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A' game and positive attitude every day.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ready to learn new product information quickly.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
