Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer product/pricing questions.
• Create sales receipts and invoices in QuickBooks.
• Operate scale to weigh aggregate loads accurately.
• Ensure vehicles are fully on the scale before weighing.
• Enter accurate material descriptions, weights, and customer details.
• Handle payments (cash, check, credit card) securely.
• Communicate with loader operators for correct material loading.
• Maintain clean and organized office space.
• Support inventory tracking and customer account management.

Pay & Benefits

We start with pay at an average of $23 per hour based on prior experience and knowledge. We offer full-time hours and provide a full medical benefits package available after 60 days on the job. Operational hours are Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Sunday 8:45 am to 3:00 pm. Full-time employees are paid at double time for Sunday hours.
