About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in prospecting and qualifying potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking
- Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and support to partners to ensure their success in integrating and promoting their insurance program to their users
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly targets and contribute to strategy sessions
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating CRM systems, preparing reports, and tracking sales metrics
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience in technology sales, brokerage, management consultant, venture capital, or investment banking
- Strong interest in sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
- High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges
Qualifications
- Passionate about sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Experience with CRM systems and report preparation
- Strong analytical skills to identify new sales opportunities

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $150,000 with performance-based incentives and up to $120,000 and $200,000 OTE
