Responsibilities
- Attract potential homeowners by studying competition, building broker relations, obtaining referrals, preparing advertisements, contacting leads, organizing special marketing events, inspecting appearance of models, and training model attendants.
- Identify potential homeowners by greeting visitors at models, entering registration information, assessing needs and interests, and explaining the product and options.
- Sell homes by following up with prospects, highlighting product advantages, and representing the company’s interests.
- Complete and enforce Purchase Agreements by writing specifications, obtaining earnest money, finalizing design center selections, and following up on loan applications and required documentation for loan approval.
- Meet contract requirements by following up on adjustments and corrections, coordinating with the construction manager, and completing pre-construction, drywall, and pre-closing inspections.
- Develop and implement community marketing plans to draw traffic into communities and supplement corporate-driven marketing campaigns.
- Maintain rapport with homeowners by communicating progress and resolving concerns.
- Complete home closings by fulfilling requirements, contractual obligations, and attending closings.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through company training, workshops, and professional publications.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Build excitement and enjoy the process of changing homeowners' lives.
- Manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
This role is located in the Dayton, OH area. Candidates must be located in or near Dayton or willing to travel.
