Sales Associate

About The Role

Arbor Homes is currently looking to hire a New Home Sales Associate. The right candidate's primary responsibility will be to assist in the selling of new homes as well as additional duties that may be assigned by the Community Sales Manager. This position will require working weekends.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Absorb and study competition, build relationships with brokers, obtain referrals, prepare advertisements, contact leads, organize special marketing events, inspect models, train model attendants
• Greet visitors at models, enter registration information, identify needs, assess interests, explain the product and options
• Follow up with prospects, point out product advantages, represent company's interests
• Develop and implement community marketing plan to draw traffic into communities and supplement corporate-driven marketing campaigns
• Maintain rapport with homeowners by communicating progress, resolving homeowner concerns
• Complete home closing by fulfilling requirements, contractual obligations, and attending closing
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing company training program, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Build excitement and enjoy the process of changing our homeowners' lives
• Manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
