Sales Assistant – Off Price

About the role

A fashion-forward Sterling Silver and Fashion Jewelry company is seeking a hardworking, self-starting, and organized Sales Assistant to join the sales department in our NYC office. This full-time position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

• Create and review detailed selling reports from specific accounts and communicate findings to the team.
• Own the order process from submission to the product development team, following through until the order ships, and communicating any changes or updates to the team.
• Assist with merchandising the showroom for market and ensure all proper supplies are ordered prior to meetings.
• Create line-sheets for market.
• Coordinate sample drop-offs and returns.
• Enter spec documentation, including length, weight, size, stone type, etc.

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Must be able to work under the pressure of deadlines.
• Adept at prioritizing and time management.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to understand pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
• NuOrder experience preferred.

Pay

$65,000–$70,000 per year.
