About the Organization
WinShape Foundation is a Biblically-based Christian non-profit organization that seeks to glorify God by creating transformational, Christ-centered experiences for people in every stage of life. We do this through five core ministries that each use scriptural truth to offer summer camp, foster care, team and leader development, college student discipleship, and marriage enrichment.
Responsibilities
- Input accurate information about group reservations in property management system and assist in maintaining group history and customer database for all guests of WinShape Foundation.
- Prepare and send proposals and agreements that accurately reflect all initial reservation information.
- Track WinShape Foundation agreements, deposits, etc.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and annual WinShape Foundation sales reports as requested.
- Receive inquiries and phone calls from potential clients, gather pertinent information, relay information to and schedule follow-up calls for Strategic Relationships.
- Maintain knowledge of logistics surrounding programs and activities provided by WinShape Foundation.
- Attend sales-related meetings as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field; or 2 to 3 years of related work experience.
- Commitment to working 20-25 hours per week with flexibility to support varying schedules, including different days and shifts as needed, and the ability to work remotely as scheduled.
- Adhere and commit to the policies, procedures, and values set forth by WinShape Foundation.
Skills
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail to provide accuracy and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demands.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, customer relationship management system (Salesforce preferred), and ability to efficiently learn new systems.
- Demonstrates ability to relate well with others while collaborating in a team environment.
- Flexible to work on a variety of assignments with the ability to learn quickly.
- Demonstrates ability to self-manage projects and have strong time-management skills.
Schedule
