Sales Assistant
About the role
As a Sales Assistant, your primary customer is the Loan Officer, and you will assist them from the beginning of the application to closing. You will work closely with processors and applicants throughout the entire loan process. Success in this role requires creating raving fans through strong communication skills and a passion for providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings as directed by your manager.
- Hold a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing.
- Assign loan files.
- Maintain document mailing/conversation logs in the Loan Origination System (LOS) as directed.
- Split and stack loan documents.
- Provide overflow document drawing support as needed or directed by a supervisor.
- Handle departmental filing.
- Perform various Post-Turn-Fund (PTF) functions, including but not limited to Verification of Employment (VOE), Verification of Mortgage (VOM), and Verification of Deposit (VOD).
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan documents (or comparable experience).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and business-relationship skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Technologically proficient.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay
USD $7.25/Hr. – USD $17.50/Hr.
