Sales Assistant

About the role

As a Sales Assistant, your number one customer is the Loan Officer and you will be assisting them from the beginning of the application to closing. You will work closely with processors and applicants throughout the entire loan process. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and a passion for providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

• Manage all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings as directed by the manager.
• Maintain a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate state licensing in good standing.
• Assign loan files.
• Maintain document mailing/conversation log in the loan origination system (LOS) as directed.
• Split and stack loan documents.
• Provide overflow document drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Perform departmental filing.
• Perform a variety of PTF functions, including but not limited to VOE, VOM, and VOD.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum one to two years of operations and loan document drawing experience (or comparable experience).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and business‑relationship skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑through abilities.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
