Sales Assistant

About the role

As a Sales Assistant, your primary customer is the Loan Officer, and you will assist them from the beginning of the application to closing. You will work closely with processors and applicants throughout the entire loan process. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and a passion for providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

• Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf of and as directed by the manager.
• Holds a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing.
• Assigns loan files.
• Maintains document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed.
• Splits and stacks loan documents.
• Provides overflow document drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Handles departmental filing.
• Performs various PTF functions, including but not limited to VOE, VOM, and VOD.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan documents (or comparable experience).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and business-relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Minimum USD $7.25/Hr. Maximum USD $17.50/Hr.
