Sales Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking, energetic and outgoing Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an active, field based position. If you like being outdoors, talking to people, want to control your ability to earn and start your career in sales, this may be the position for you.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from residential homeowners
• Set appointments with residential homeowners for our sales team
• Knock on doors and pass out flyers to homes in an assigned territory
• Start conversations with homeowners about scheduling appointments with our sales team
• Report and track your activity and results with our sales management team

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Self-motivation and discipline
• A confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to handle rejections and keep going
