Sales Arborist

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all tree care needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and community involvement.
  • Perform thorough on-site evaluations to diagnose tree health, identify care needs, and recommend appropriate services.
  • Develop and present customized proposals and bids that address client requirements and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of tree care projects, meeting client expectations and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress within the company’s CRM system.
  • Recommend additional tree care services to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field highly preferred.
  • ISA Certified Arborist certification required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Proven success in sales within the tree or landscape industry.
  • Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay
