About the role

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with residential & commercial clients
- Assess tree/shrub health and recommend solutions
- Manage and grow your own client base
- Partner with operations to deliver excellent service
- Continuously expand your expertise
Requirements
- Background in tree care, landscaping, horticulture, or sales (training provided)
- Self-motivated, independent, and driven
- Strong communicator with a professional presence
- Curious, trustworthy, and relationship-focused
Qualifications
- Career Growth & Certifications (we support you)
- ISA Certified Arborist
- NY Category 3A License
- CT Arborist License
- CT Ornamental & Turf License
