Sales Application Engineer - Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and proactive Sales Application Engineer to meet and/or exceed our annual sales goals and to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, lead generation of new business development, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• A four (4) year technical degree and three (3) + years of related technical product support experience, gained through manufacturing, troubleshooting, or design.
• Past technical sales experience in technical sales with strong communication and computer skills.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Has a strong track record developing and maintaining positive relationships with service customers and sales partners.
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of industrial and municipal instrumentation is a plus.
• Conversant in using Microsoft Office as well as current MRP, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities.
